Do I need to create an account to be able to place my order?
No this is not necessary. By default you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional.
On the checkout page you will be asked if you want to create an account.
In order to do so you will need to check the checkbox and create an username and password for your account. If you don’t want to create an account you can just leave the checkbox blank (as by default) and continue with the checkout process as a guest.
Can I order by email?
Yes of course!
If you prefer to place a manual order by email please send us the following information:
– the SKU number(s) of the exlibris you are interested in
– your name and address information

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and the delivery and billing address has been verified.
You will receive a notification by email when we have shipped your order.

How much does delivery cost?
All orders will be shipped by PostNL (Dutch postal service).
The shipping costs are as follows:

Non-registered mail: 3,00 euro
Registered mail: 8,00 euro
Europe:

Registered mail: 12,50 euro
World:

All purchases from 65 euros and above will only be sent by registered mail.

How can I change my billing or shipping address?
You can edit your billing address and/or your shipping address on your personal account page.
To edit your billing address:
1) Go to the edit address page
2) Click on the ‘edit’ link of the billing address box
3) Fill in (or edit) the address fields (fields with an * are required)
4) Click the button ‘Save address’ to confirm your changes.
To edit your shipping address:
1) Go to the edit address page
2) Click on the ‘edit’ link of the shipping address box
3) Fill in (or edit) the address fields (fields with an * are required)
4) Click the button ‘Save address’ to confirm your changes.
How can I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by requesting that a “password reset” link be sent to your e-mail address.
To request a password reset:
1) Go to the lost password page
2) Enter your e-mail address (or username) and click the ‘reset password’ button
3) An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on your account.
4) Click the ‘Click here to reset your password’ link in the e-mail you received
5) On the next page, enter your new password and click the ‘save’ button to confirm.
After you’ve created a new password, it will become active right away and you can login on your account.
Tip: Choose a strong password.
How can I search for products?
There are a few options for searching through our product catalog.
1) By category:
You can browse our three categories Exlibris, Free Graphics and Graphics Erotic by clicking on the category name on the left side of the website. Our main category Exlibris contains over 4.000 bookplates.
2) By artist:
For the category Exlibris you can also search by the lastname of an artist. Click on a letter on the left side of the website and you’ll see all artists available under that letter. Click on an artists name and browse through all available items of that specific artist.
3) By using the search option:
In the top right corner of the website you’ll find the search box. You can type in a keyword or artist name you are looking for and hit enter (or click on the yellow looking glass icon).
I’m unable to login to my account
First of all, we’re sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to login.
Please send us an email to inform us about the login issue you’re having so we can look into it.
If you are getting an error message while trying to login and are able to send us a screenshot of the error message, please do so.
It will help us in finding and solving the issue.
In the meantime, you can send us a manual order by email.
